An Idea Mapping Success Blogs Weblog
Last Thursday I returned to Mufreesboro, TN for the 9th year in a row to teach two Idea Mapping Workshops to adult students at MTSU. These workshops are sponsored by OWLS (an organization providing support for students who have primary responsibilities outside of the University) and by Pinnacle (MTSU’s chapter of the national Pinnacle Honor Society for non-traditional students generally over the age of 25).
The leading faculty member supporting this event each year has been Dr. Carol Ann Bailey. She saw the wisdom of providing students with a . She saw the wisdom of providing students with a tool that would help them at the beginning of the year to excel at their studies and also give them a tool for excellence in both business and life. Her leadership is responsible for impacting over 685 learners over the years. Thank you Dr. Bailey for all you have brought to the students, faculty and to me. I’m proud to call you my friend.
The purpose of this blog is to share idea mapping examples and related learning from my Idea Mapping, Memory, Speed Reading, and Certification Workshops. This blog is dedicated to my Certified Idea Mapping Instructors, my clients, Mind Mapping and Idea Mapping practitioners around the globe.

I think every University should incorporate “Idea Mapping” as part of the general education of every student as they embark on their studies, irrespective of subject.
As you correctly say Jamie this is an excellent tool not only for their studies but also for business and life.
