NIH Uses Idea Mapping For 2015 Strategic Planning

Wanting to improve their annual strategic planning process, NIH’s (National Institutes of Health) Office of Extramural Programs in Bethesda, MD decided to learn and also incorporate Idea Mapping skills into planning for 2015.
Here are several photos from the December 1st Idea Mapping Workshop I taught for NIH. Following my workshop this team implemented Idea Mapping into their strategic planning session.
