The number of participants doubled to 134. I was thrilled to be among the facilitators for this event.

Once again Brandy Agerbeck – author of The Graphic Facilitator’s Guide graphically captures the keynote presentations. Les said a few words of introduction as the day got started and Jessica Hagy – author of How to be Interesting gave the first keynote.
