Frank Medlar is the Director of Workplace Learning and Career Development for a Boston area college. We met in August 2008 when he attended a 2-day public Idea Mapping Workshop.

Today (and for the rest of the month) one of his idea maps is featured in my column in the monthly Mindjet Newsletter. So I thought I would share another one of his maps in addition to the one in the newsletter. This is a fun idea map that blends Covey’s 7 Habits of Highly Effective People with some of the principles of David Allen’s Getting Things Done. Each branch includes a note that further explains the GTD principle and references the page in the GTD book. You can’t see this in the jpg format here. If you would like the MindManager file, email me at info(at)ideamappingsuccess(dot)com and I’ll send it to you.

Frank has completed his first prerequisite and is planning to become a Certified Idea Mapping Instructor.
