Mind Chi

For those of you in the Idea Mapping and Mind Mapping worlds, the names Vanda North and Richard Israel are probably familiar to you. They joined forces and have written a new book titled “Mind Chi” published by Wiley — the same publisher who published Idea Mapping.

Here’s a brief description of the book: “When your energy diminishes you feel ineffective and weary.  Just as Tai Chi has been used for centuries to balance body and mind; Mind Chi will give you a daily routine and simple exercises to increase your mental energy.
